Nifti Review Tool can be used to prepare thumbnail previews of large numbers of Nifti files. It is aiming to provide some control over the quality of your preprocessing stages as well as prepare figures for the papers. Usage consists of generating a review, then loading it into the GUI, marking bad images and saving the marks into a file to later exclude them from analysis. A more advanced version allowing control over the cutting plane position / orientation will be released later.
To open a review, you should select the .txt file with all filenames and their positions in thumbnails which is generated along with the review
Short instructions for the marking procedure:
– use mouse wheel to zoom in/out
– grab & drag to move the images around
– double click to mark/unmark an image
